🛠️ How to use:
1. Open Start Here, then choose ONE tracker file (Excel or the Google Sheets labeled version).
2. In SETUP, enter your vendors, categories, and storage locations to power dropdowns.
3. In INVENTORY_MASTER, add your top 25–50 items first (Item ID, cost, par level, reorder point, and on hand).
4. Each week, update on hand counts for fast-moving items and work the REORDER_LIST.
5. Optional (recommended): create POs and add line items so you have a clean order history and printable POs.
6. When shipments arrive, follow the receiving checklist, log QC/discrepancies, record LOT/EXP when needed, then update on hand.
