SHIPPING POLICY

Medical Systems Studio sells digital download products only.

No physical items are shipped, mailed, or delivered by post.

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital files are typically delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email, depending on the product setup.

Delivery is usually immediate, but in some cases it may take additional time due to payment processing, manual review, technical issues, or email delays.

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your download information, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders first.

If you still cannot access your files, contact us at Support@MedicalSystemsStudio.com and include your order number. We will do our best to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Because no physical products are shipped:
- There are no shipping fees
- There are no shipping methods
- There are no tracking numbers
- There are no return shipments
