RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Medical Systems Studio are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and the digital files have been delivered or made available for download.

Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Incorrect assumptions about the product contents after reading the listing
- Failure to read the product description
- Lack of knowledge of how to use, edit, or customize the files
- Software incompatibility not specifically stated in the product listing
- Requests made after the files have been downloaded or accessed

If you experience a technical problem with your download, please contact us at Support@MedicalSystemsStudio.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the files, resend the files, or replace any corrupted or incomplete files.
